31/09/1952: Registry closed, vessel broken up.
General History:
08/02/1923: Trawler CALEDONIA sinking in Torry Dock fouls BENACHIE with its mast, which has to be chopped free.
22/09/1925: First vessel slipped on the new patent slip at Fraserburgh. The skipper of the BENACHIE was Joe Watt V.C.
Notes: Engine details - Steam by screw, inverted, surface condensing, triple expansion engine, 9½” x 15½” x 26” with 18” stroke, 270 i.h.p., 42 r.h.p. by A.H. 9 knots.
