This is the first of a number of works created by the artist using real human hair. The title was inspired by some graffiti painted on a wall opposite a tower block, near his studio in Stratford. Jordan Baseman graduated from Goldsmiths' College of Art, London in 1988. His work was included in 'The British Art Show 4' which toured to Manchester, Edinburgh and Cardiff in 1995-96.
