About MeThe drawing is inscribed with the following description:
"8 inches long 7 1/2 broad
Ancient highland purse or Sporran, very thick leather.
Probably bladder of the cow tanned like chamois skin.
Inside the front (represented by the dotted line) was a secret
gold purse, a centre string keeping it shut.
This purse was worn by a Strathspey highlander."
