About MeWhite rabbit fur short evening jacket with straight fitted sleeves and a large shawl collar. The jacket is lined with ivory rayon satin.

Rabbit is one of the softest animal furs and was extensively used for evening jackets and capes, as well as for trimming silk velvet opera coats, particularly during the 1920s to 1950s. It was often worn with black silk, which accentuated the thick, soft texture of the fur.
