Photograph shows a completed memorial headstone in a yard. The memorial has a single base and die. The base is paler in colour than the die which has a shaped top. The die is decorated with a oval and foliage motif at the top.
Notes with the photograph tell us the memorial stood 3 ft 6" and cost £13 in grey or £14 in black granite.
