About MeThis is an early ink study of James McBey's, depicting himself in the uniform he wore at the bank. It is the second of a series of three, the first and third of which (ABDAG008301.84 and ABDAG008301.86) are in pencil and water colour, respectively. It is dated in the bottom right corner as "31st Mch 1901". The handling of line in this study is prophetic of his later accomplishment in etching.
