About MeThis garment was created as part of a course project where students from Gray's School of Art were invited to explore the Bill Gibb Collection at Aberdeen Art Gallery.
Stage II Textile and Fashion Design students worked together to develop and produce fabric samples, sketches and final outfits to feature in the exhibition Bee Inspired: The Influence of Bill Gibb, which took place at Provost Skene's House in 2010.

After the exhibition 'Nocturnal' was chosen to become part of the permanent collection to represent the success of the project. Curators at Aberdeen Art Gallery & Museums felt that Fiona and Eilidh had really captured Gibb's unique style and sense of humour in their design and combined these elements with their own contemporary style.
