About MeThis linen sampler has been mainly worked in tent stitch with some cross stitch.

The upper section comprises alphabets, numerals, family initials and the year 1873 when it was made.

The lower section is decorated with trees, birds, crowns, plants and the sewer's name Isabella McCallum.

The sampler has an elaborate strawberry border.
