They were published in Poetry Nation Review No. 33 (Sep-Oct 1983)and relates to Ian Hamilton Finlay's longrunning dispute with Strathclyde Regional Council over works taken in lieu of unpaid business rates.This photocopy is part of an archive that belonged to Joyce Laing OBE. The artist, Ian Hamilton Finlay, was a personal friend of the donor.
