About MeThese Chinese embroidered squares are probably the sixth civil rank badge which was worn over the dragon robe on the front and back.

Motifs such as an egret, clouds, plants, waves and the sun are outlined by couched gold and silver metal threads on silk canvas with a light blue silk lining.
