About MeHorn is a natural plastic and can be moulded into any shape. This is done first by heating the horn to soften it and then applying pressure.

Raw horn was cut transversely or "screw cut" like this so that it would be rectangular when it was pressed flat. This allowed the manufacturer to obtain the maximum use from the horn.
