About MeLetter from James McBey to friend and art collector H. H. Kynett, dated 25 November 1945, in which McBey tells Kynett that rumours had been coming in that he was "progressing famously." McBey then talks about his progress with a drawing for Phil Mallory, and says that he will be in Philadelphia on 10 December.

This object is part of an archive that belonged to Marguerite McBey. As a result of her generosity, Aberdeen Art Gallery holds the largest archive of James McBey's work, including prints, drawings, sketchbooks, oil paintings and memorabilia such as this letter.
