About MeThis ironically titled etching captures the sombre, tragic and spiritual aspects of the worst of the war. Bereft of figures, the ravaged land suggests at the tragedy past. The horror of the trenches has left a woodland utterly devastated - the trees should be in bud but instead stand gaunt and bare.
