About MeAn example of clothing worn by great line and herring drifter fishermen known as a "Barkit" jumper. So called because the last action by fishermen after barking (preserving) their lines or drift nets was to take off their jumpers and throw them into the barking tank. Note that there are no buttons as the lines or nets could catch on buttons and lead to injury.
