About MeA journey to The Netherlands in 1910 opened James McBey's eyes to the possibilities of foreign travel and of working as a professional artist. It also provided an opportunity to view the paintings and etchings of Rembrandt "in the flesh". This experience was to have a profound effect on McBey's artistic style.
