About MePhotograph of vessel sinking at sea, possibly HMT Lancastria (sunk 17/06/1940). Three men look on from the deck of another vessel (camera viewpoint also).

Rear is stamped "NOT FOR PUBLICATION" with H.M.SHIP PASSED BY CENSOR stamp dated 07/09/1940. "Velox" makers mark is prevalent throughout the rear.
