Sleeve is pale orange/brown and features an illustration of young children picking flowers in a meadow and looking up to the sky to see a lady in pointed hat and cape flying overhead on a goose.

Inside cover features a list of records in embossed gold lettering:
Old Mother Goose, See-Saw, Little Drops of Water, There Was An Old Woman Who Lived In A Shoe, Jingle Bells, and Little Robin Redbreast.
Back cover features a list of all the books in the series in embossed gold lettering:
