About MeBeige silk dress bodice, with small stand up neckline. There are three pleats on each side of the bodice, with a pointed waist at the front and a double box pleat tail at the back. There are six bones on the inside, with an additional inside waist strap. The bodice fastens with hook and cloth eyes at the neck, with a further twelve buttons down the front, four of which are missing.

The piping on the sleeve seams is in a different material compared to that making up the main part of the bodice. There is lace at the cuffs and neck, which maybe not original. There is a watch pocket at left handside of the bodice.
