A Conference
of the
Scottish Committee
of the
National Union of Women Workers
will be held in
Aberdeen, on Saturday, 20th January, 1912
10.30 to 1 o'clock,
in the
Y.W.C.A. Hall, 57 Dee Street.
to discuss the various methods by which the Scottish
Branches of the Union may assist Scottish Women-
Contributors under the National Insurance Act to be
in readiness to secure the benefits of the Act in the way
most advantageous to themselves. Delegates will be present
from the Bracnhes in Ednburgh, Glasgow, Greenock,
Paisley, Dundee, St. Andrews.
Papers will be read by:-
Walter A. Reid, Esq. C.A., on the Financial Aspects
John A. Nicol, Esq. Solicitor, on the Position of Women under the Act
Open Discussion will follow each Paper.
Tickets 6d. each may be had from the Hon. Secretary,
Miss Davdison, 44 Rubislaw Den South, or from any
Member of the Executive Committee.
