About MeBlack silk bicorne hat with silver metallic braid and mottled tin case.

Worn on ceremonial occasions by Edward Watt,who was Lord Provost of Aberdeen from 1935 to 1938.The hat came from Dugan & Mitchell of Union Street ,who specialised in gentlemen's outfitting and uniforms.
