About MeAir warden's gas mask, black rubber with two circular perspex eyeholes, black plastic strap attachments and metal buckles, pad of rubber where straps cross stamped 'no. 4, iii, b.u.4/41. pat. nos. 290, 493, 305, 080'. black face piece stamped 'normal, avon 3-41'. black rubber corrugated tube from mask to metal cylinder painted brown, stamped 'no. 4a, b.w. & m. ltd, 1941, u5.e.v.1'. two narrow 5 cm slits on metal on one side. 'mansfield' stamped on bottom.
