About MeWhite lace full-length sleeveless evening dress with black taffeta lining and a cowl neckline. The dress has a panelled skirt that flares at the hem. The slim-line cut of the dress coupled with the flared hem help to elongate the figure.

Sweeping elegant gowns would have given the wearer a sleek, fluid, almost statuesque, shape reminiscent of those goddesses of the silver screen. Cream, ivory and white were exceptionally popular colours for evening gowns.
