About MeAnne Marquiss graduated from Gray's School of Art in 1992. Anne is now a practising jeweller whose work is largely influenced by mid-20th century design and architecture. She works with silver to create individual statement pieces. Anne has described wanting her clients to feel empowered when they wear her jewellery.

Anne’s silver bracelet and exquisitely made charms are inspired by the work of several women artists in Aberdeen’s collection of fine and applied art, including Barbara Hepworth, Jo Gordon, and Wilhelmina Barns-Graham. Anne’s aim was to create a piece that offered a signpost for tomorrow’s women, creating timely symbols of where we have come from and where we can definitely go.
