About MeThis stoneware bottle is inspired by objects, initially Korean in origin, that were later used for the Japanese tea ceremony. The potter has cut away the clay using a technique called faceting to create the vertical bands on this press moulded bottle.

It is decorated with salt glaze, iron ash glaze and imprints from shells.
