About MeThis handmade banner was used by members of Aberdeen Against the Poll Tax at marches in Aberdeen, and also Glasgow, Edinburgh, Bradford and Manchester. In March 1990 members of the group took the banner to London to join a march of between 100,000- 200,00 people. The banner represents a real coming together of Aberdonians to protest against social injustice. The group took part in nationally significant events to helped make tangible changes in UK politics.
