About MeAll employees at Stoneywood were accorded time and encouraged to seek qualifications related to their work. The mill also was recognised as a place of excellence and as a training centre for papermaking and ran joint courses with Robert Gordon’s Institute of Technology (now RGU).

This certificate certifies that one young employee, Valentine Michie, father of one of last employees at the mill, was not only qualified but had also been awarded a prize for his knowledge of the processes.
