Obverse: Forward facing crowned head with broad, curling hair framed with text inscription.
Reverse: Centrally placed long cross with three pellets in each corner and text ringing the outer edge.
Manufacture Method: Hammered
Condition: The coin is in poor condition. It is a forgery of the legitimate Edward I, II, or III sterling pennies, as shown through its unusual style of script. The reverse has worn, but still visible central details and illegible text. The obverse has a well smoothed king portrait and partially legible text, due to heavy wear. The coin also shows signs of clipping.
