Obverse: Forward facing crowned head with broad, curling hair framed with text inscription.
Reverse: Centrally placed long cross with three pellets in each corner and text ringing the outer edge.
Manufacture Method: Hammered
Condition: The coin is in poor condition and has been heavily clipped. It is a forgery of the Edwarra type, contemporaneous with legitimate Edward I or II sterling pennies Class 10. The reverse has clear central details and legible text where it has not been clipped away. The obverse has a well worn king portrait and legible text where it has not been clipped away. The obverse also has an indent from the cross on the reverse side.
