About MeIn 1922, George Leslie Hunter visited Paris, Venice, Florence and the Riviera Coast, often joined by his friend and colleague John Duncan Fergusson. Following his return in 1924 Hunter worked mostly in Scotland, painting successfully in Fife and on Loch Lomond, however by 1927 he had become restless and unsettled again and returned to France soon after that.
More About Me

Hunter, one of the Scottish Colourists, settled in Fife after first emigrating to California, but often visited Europe in later life.
