About MeThis view looking south to Queen's Cross clearly shows the city's steady march westward, with fine granite buildings being erected. Clearly the setting just beyond Queen's Cross remained rural. In the centre ground can be seen Rubislaw Church, designed by J Russell Mackenzie and just beyond to the right is the home of George Washington Wilson. This was also designed by Mackenzie with the advice of the photographer Wilson.George Washington Wilson
