About MeThree grey crates full of one third of a pint milk bottles.90 clear glass bottles embossed "co / op" on the front and "1/3 pt 189ml" on the back, with clear mould seams running from base to the top of the lip. Some bottles have various embossed inscriptions around the lower edges with dimensions, volumes and makers' marks, suggesting they are of varying ages and from different suppliers.
The three grey crates are made from a heavy duty plastic in a pierced design with internal dividers - each crate contains 30 milk bottles. The crates are stackable and are embossed "NCS" (Northern Cooperative Society) on one short side.
Formerly in use at the Berryden depot of the Northern Cooperative Society.
