About MeCarte de visite portrait of Anne Wilson, one of George Washington Wilson's daughters. She is sitting down leaning over the edge of a plush chair reading a piece of paper in her right hand, her left hand is resting underneath her right arm. Her hair is in a twisted braided at the back of her head chignon style with a large dark ribbon around the middle of her head. She is wearing some drop earings and black ribbon choker style necklace which has a large drop pendant in the centre of it. She is wearing a dress with a full skirt, white lace trimmed bodice and ruffled sleeves. On the bottom front of the card hand written in blue ink is the inscprition reading, "Annie."
