About MeHighland style flintlock pistol with a steel barrel and ramshorn and brass butt and stock.

The pistol is engraved on the stock, butt and lockplate with foliage and cross hatching, and marked George Jami[eson] on the lockplate and Aberdeen on the top flat of the barrel.

The pistol has two unclear proof marks, possibly Birmingham and London. This dates the pistol to 1813 at the earliest. George Jamieson probably engraved the weapon rather than making it.
