About MeOften referred to as a cut throat razor, this style of straight razor features a steel ground blade which folds into the celluloid handle. Once folded, it can be retrieved via a thumb lever on the rear known as the tail. Razors such as this one often came with acid etched adverts on the blade, in this case the razor model - "The 1000" is referenced.
