About MeStena Piper in the harbour Aberdeen. It was built at Trondheim in Norway in 1976.
It remained part of the Stena fleet until 1986 when it was sold and renamed Tzimin. It was latterly known by the name Oceanic 1. Dive support vessels were regular visitors to Aberdeen harbour at the date this image was captured. Their distictive looks made them stand out amongst the shipping crowding the Harbour.
