About MeThis jug was made in the Low Countries (Holland, Belgium and Luxembourg), in the late 14th century. It probably came to Aberdeen by boat, filled with wine or oil.

It had been broken into 200 pieces and was painstakingly restored over many weeks. The pitcher would have held 13.5 litres of liquid and would probably have been used for taking water or wine to the table.

There are no works to discover for this record.
