About MeOne of a folio of 15 drawings dating to 1970 - 1971, when Bill Gibb was employed by the London fashion house of Baccarat. This folio relates to a special project Gibb worked on for the Swiss Guild of Embroiderers. He was commissioned to design a series of costumes using Swiss embroidery. Each costume incorporated fabric by a Swiss embroiderer or textile company. This dress is Style No: 65, designed to incorporate fabric from firm of Joseph Bosch K.G.

This was the largest collection commission awarded to a British designer at the time. The dresses were made up by Baccarat and the collection shown in London and Japan. The collection was also photographed by Vogue magazine.
