About MeThis dress was made by Peggy Walker, a trained needlewoman and former wardrobe mistress at Aberdeen’s Northern College. Peggy Walker donated several thousand items to Aberdeen's costume collection. This wedding dress was worn by a Stonehaven bride in 1982. The manmade fabric, use of lace and the frilled hem reflect the wedding fashions of the time.
