About MeBill Gibb (1943-1988) was a Scottish fashion designer who became renowned in the 1960s and 70s for his designs. This fashion sketch shows a design for his 1980 Autumn/Winter Collection for Papillion. The top has a low v-neck and fastens up the front with 10 buttons. It is gathered at the front of the waist with large batwing sleeves, and has decorative pointed sections at the cuffs which reach the elbow.
