About MeThis delicate lace veil, known as a mantilla, was bought for the bride in Saragossa, Spain, and worn with a gold and silver lamé damask wedding dress. The ensemble was worn by a Dundee bride on her marriage to her husband, who came from Peterhead. The couple settled in Aberdeen in the late 1930s.
