About MeDrawing of front and back view of a dress, with an additional view of the side of the sleeve. The dress is straight, knee-length and unfitted, with a wide deep v-neckline front and back and long fitted sleeves. There is ruching at the shoulders, which are trimmed with dangling pendants. There is a broad border around the front of the neckline, which is ruched at the ends and has a bee motif in the centre. There are long side splits in the dress from the hem to thigh height, and the hem is pointed, echoing the neckline.
The dress is style no. BG 539. Gibb has added notes about the design of the sleeve and about the retail and wholesale prices. He has also used correction fluid on the drawing.
