About MeThis navy blue three-piece suit was worn by a groom to a ceremony at the General Register Office for Scotland, in Edinburgh, on the 30th of July 1976. It was designed by Hardy Amies and tailored by Hepworths.

The hip length jacket features a turn-down collar with lapels. It is fully lined in black viscose with one right breast pocket, two left breast pockets and left watch pocket. There are two exterior inset pockets with flaps and an inset left exterior breast pocket. The long flared navy blue trousers are a wool and polyester mix with cream viscose lining around the waistband and pockets. The fitted waistcoat of navy blue wool mix at the front has a black viscose back section. The front section is also fully lined in black viscose.
