About MeThis booklet details amendments to the the byelaws agreed between the Association and the Union on 5th February 1923.The previous year's Bye-Laws remain in force but there are changes to the Bye-Laws concerning wages, particularly as applicable under the Special Bye-Laws for Polishers and Toolsmiths. The minimum age for Toolsmiths' apprentices is also set at 16, for an apprenticeship of 4 years.
