About MeAne Christensen creates functional, decorative and sculptural pieces from various metals. She studied at the Royal College of Art in London

This object distorts the view of negative and positive space, and by cutting a form from the surface of the bowl Christensen has created an intriguing optical illusion. She finds her inspiration in attempting to break out of the restricting working methods in metalwork.
