General History:
24/09/1936: Builder's certificate issued.
19/03/1943: GLENDALOUGH foundered off Blakeney Point, Norfolk, after detonating a German laid mine, she was carrying a cargo of ballast. 5 of the crew of 16 were lost. The wreck was then dispersed by explosives.
