BANFF Dec. 13: The sloop HELEN, Watson, of McDuff [sic], with a pilot on board, and in ballast, in coming round from Gardenstown (seven miles to eastward) there being at the time a heavy swell and little wind, struck on a reef of rocks on making the harbour of McDuff this evening and is become a total wreck; The crew saved, with the of one man, John Main a native of the port, who has left a wife and three children.
