Herrings For Russia.— The Norwegian steamer VESTMANDROD left Peterhead for Archangel on Wednesday with a cargo of 7500 barrels of herrings. Mr Alexander Mowat was the exporter. The cargo is being sent out on speculation, and belongs to about 23 local curers. This is the sixth cargo that has left Peterhead.
