Arthur Watson

About MeTrained at Gray’s School of Art in Printmaking and Printed Textiles and went on to become a founding member of Peacock Printmakers (now Peacock Visual Arts).

Working usually in print-based media and three-dimensional installation, Watson is interested in the landscape and Scottish art and identity.

Alongside his artistic career, Watson has lectured and been involved with research projects, becoming the Course Director for Fine art at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design.

Recent projects include site-specific works in the Cairngorms and Skye, with Will Maclean RSA, and installations in Chicago, Venice and Nagoya.
