Adrian Hope

Adrian Hope is based in East Lothian, where he run a workshop since 1980, first in Edinburgh, then moving to a more rural setting. Hope mainly produces domestic objects in silver, roller imprinting and paper embossing the metal to create pattern, rhythm and texture. His work pursues the quest for functional everyday objects which are also beautiful with an air of quiet simplicity.
