About MeFull-length, loose-fitting, grey wool motoring coat with cream lace and black velvet trimming.

This coat was made by Helen Bagrie of Aberdeen and follows the fashions for the time with its A-line cut, which would accommodate several layers of clothing as well as the long full-length skirts worn by women during the Edwardian period. The coat would prevent the lady's dress from being marked by dust or mud from the road.
